What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- Your email address
- Your first name, if you choose to share it
- Your pet type (dog, cat or both)
- A one-way hash of your IP address — we never store the IP itself
- Your browser’s user agent (the short string that names your browser and device)
- The date and time you signed up
Why we collect it
To run the waitlist and send you launch updates. The IP hash, user agent and timestamp help us stop spam and repeat sign-ups.
We don’t sell it
We never sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
How to remove your info
Email [email protected] and we’ll delete your details from the waitlist. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set any cookies. Our security and delivery provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Fonts
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit. Google’s own privacy policy covers that request.
Do Not Track
We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t knowingly let third parties track your activity across other websites through this site. Because there’s no tracking to switch off, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use the info you’ve already shared, we’ll email waitlist members before it takes effect.
